Dying To Self

 I find that dying to self daily is a hard thing for the
flesh to grasp. To gain God is the most important
thing in this life. The sins of self often rear their ugly
heads and interfere with a constant daily all long
walk with God. I more and more understand Paul's
cry of "who will deliver me from this body of death"
Like Paul I am grateful for the cross. We must take
up the cross daily. People that carry the cross daily
die to self daily. When we get it that to die is gain
we have started down the straight and narrow path
to the narrow gate which only sheep can pass through
 Kill the goat and be transformed in Christ to a sheep.
A new creation molded and made in Christ's own image
formed by his hands. Then we can truly love God with
all our heart soul and might and our neighbor as our
self. Praise God for the precious sacrifice of our savior
who saves us from our sin by His blood.
